Instructions for your halloween event.

PLEASE READ ALLLLLLLLL OF IT CHEERS.

We cant wait to welcome you to the Halloween themed wild play. (Halloween extravaganza).

What to expect..

Wallace and Gromit The curse of the were Rabbit will be screened twice. Firstly upon arrival and secondly an hour and a half before departure. This is to ensure everyone gets a chance for a comfy seat. Please if you see the film area empty first thing take the opportunity to watch the film at this point. We have limited bean bag seating in our Tipi.. Please can children have first dibs on the bean bags and get siblings to share where possible.
If your child becomes restless please head out of the Tipi so others can enjoy the film. No running around and jumping on bean bags etc as this damages them.. Once seated please try to remain seated unless leaving for pizza or the toilet.

Play area is accessible through the duration of your visit. You can stay in for the entirety if you dont wish to watch the film.. but please dont flit in and out of the film.. It will become very annoying for people who wish to watch it.

The halloween props are set up within the play area. We have put a note on each area giving it a scary rating as our props are very good quality. The props have been tried and tested with my 4 and 6 yr old who thinks theyre funny but each child is different hence the scary rating of each section.

We have a crafts area which is for children to colour in and create halloween related crafts.. this isnt led by our staff its for the parents to get involved and help their child with this. Please leave the area tidy and use the bins provided so others can enjoy after you.

Halloween disco!! In our new Tipi.. There will be halloween themed disco music playing with loads of bubbles. Feel free to dance about.. this area is moderate on the scare factor haha some cool props in there.

PARKING!!!
We have now got parking at Bowdon Church School Grange Road WA14 3EX please use this parking!!
Under NO circumstances must ANYONE drive up the private track to the woods... not even to drop off. Also no parking opposite i want plants on Ashley mill Lane. It will get blocked and you will have to move your car which will put a downer on your day as its a right faff!! So please just use the car park we pay for and provide for FREE.

Please see the route and more info on the car park which is included in your ticket entering a reg plate isnt applicable to this event..see route from car park.

Food... you are welcome to bring food and drink but we keep our ticket price low in the hope people support us by buying a pizza and or drinks.
We will be serving pizza 10:30-5pm please bare this in mind.
Marshmallow toasting area is available.
We have all hot and cold drinks inc alcohol.. (proper spooky after a few beers).

*Please note no food or drink is included in the ticket... obviously (youd be surprised)*

NO DOGS on this event please.
We accept cash and card.

Please have tickets ready (screen shot fine) please head directly to the person in Hi viz to be issued a wrist band. When we announce its time up for your session please collect your belongings and enjoy your walk back.

Please Note we are Not refunding any tickets nor changing dates and times. If we get a weather warning for high winds you will be refunded on that basis. But we will not be closing for rain.

We have plenty of sheltered areas.
Finally.. please dress for the weather.. dress for the outdoors.. mud rain bla bla bla its all part of it. Fancy dress is encouraged!!
Bring a torch for walk back if on later session....
