Into the Wild

DISCLAIMER

Participation in the low ropes course and zip line at Into the Wild is entirely at the participant's risk. While all reasonable steps have been taken to ensure the safety of the participants, no liability will be accepted for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred while using the low ropes course.

Following safety guidelines, parents or guardians are required to closely supervise their children at all times as they see fit. Into the Wild accepts its responsibility to make its courses as safe as is reasonably practicable. However, adventurous activities are inherently hazardous and cannot be completely risk-free, however hard we try. Accidents can happen without any contributory negligence from the centre or its staff. The centre can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury not arising as a result of its own act or default.

I understand and accept the above statements and accept that I have a responsibility to take careful note of instructions and to act in a way that will minimise the likelihood of injury. My child is fit for the course and will inform the centre before the course of any special medical conditions that might affect their safety.

Please ensure that they wear closed-toed shoes at all times to provide adequate foot protection. Additionally, avoid wearing loose clothing that may potentially get caught on equipment, or other objects, as this poses a safety hazard. Properly fitted clothing is recommended for maximum safety and protection.

Participation in the low ropes course confirms acceptance of this risk assessment disclaimer.
