DISCLAIMER

Participation in the low ropes course and zip line at Into the Wild is entirely at the participant's risk. While all reasonable steps have been taken to ensure the safety of the participants, no liability will be accepted for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred while using the low ropes course.

Following safety guidelines, parents or guardians are required to closely supervise their children at all times as they see fit. Into the Wild accepts its responsibility to make its courses as safe as is reasonably practicable. However, adventurous activities are inherently hazardous and cannot be completely risk-free, however hard we try. Accidents can happen without any contributory negligence from the centre or its staff. The centre can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury not arising as a result of its own act or default.

I understand and accept the above statements and accept that I have a responsibility to take careful note of instructions and to act in a way that will minimise the likelihood of injury. My child is fit for the course and will inform the centre before the course of any special medical conditions that might affect their safety.

Please ensure that they wear closed-toed shoes at all times to provide adequate foot protection. Additionally, avoid wearing loose clothing that may potentially get caught on equipment, or other objects, as this poses a safety hazard. Properly fitted clothing is recommended for maximum safety and protection.

• Maximum capacity and age restrictions must be observed
• No shoes, sharp objects, food, or drinks on the bouncy castle
• Users with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use
• Into The Wild Ltd accepts no liability for injuries or accidents
• Use is subject to weather conditions - closed during extreme weather conditions
• All users participate at their own risk

LASER TAG DISCLAIMER

Age Requirement: Participants must be 8+ years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Health & Safety: Laser tag involves physical activity including running, crouching, and quick movements. Participants play at their own risk. Those with heart conditions, mobility issues, or other health concerns should consult a doctor before participating.

Equipment: All laser tag equipment must be handled with care. Participants are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

Supervision: Parents/guardians must supervise children throughout the activity and ensure they follow all safety instructions.

Weather: Activities may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions for safety reasons.

Liability: Into The Wild Ltd accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during laser tag activities.
