Safari Tent Hire
Our Safari Tent offers a dedicated space within the Wild Play area at Into the Wild, making it a great spot for birthday parties and family celebrations. With seating and space for up to 22 children, it’s the perfect place to gather, enjoy birthday cake, open presents and celebrate together.
Please note: This booking is for Safari Tent hire only and does not include Wild Play access. The tent provides a dedicated base for your party. Wild Play admission can be arranged and paid for separately on the day, with fees payable per child and per adult attending.

Book your Safari Tent hire through Eventbrite and choose your preferred date for your child’s birthday party.
Please remember, Safari Tent hire does not include Wild Play admission, which can be paid for separately on the day.
Once you’ve booked don’t forget to complete our Guest Form. This MUST be filled in by every guest attending the bushcraft party so we have all the details we need before your visit.

Into the Wild is tucked away in the woodland and can only be reached on foot, so your adventure starts before you even arrive. Depending on your chosen route, allow at least 15 minutes for the walk. We recommend sharing the walking route with your guests in advance.

Safari Tent hire costs £80 for 2.5 hours, with admission charged separately at £9.50 per child and £3 per adult. This admission gives your guests access to Wild Play for the day, so they can enjoy the play area as part of the birthday celebrations.

No. The venue is accessible on foot only. We recommend meeting your guests at the car park early and walking to the woodland together, allowing extra time for everyone to arrive. Please do remember we are in the woods access to the safari tent is over a bridge so travel light and avoid prams where possible

No, the tent hire fee covers the Safari Tent only. Admission is charged separately for each child and adult attending on the day. The tent is located within the Wild Play area.

You’re welcome to bring a birthday cake and your own decorations. We ask that you avoid balloons to help protect our natural environment. As all guests must walk to the venue, we recommend travelling light and bringing cupcakes instead of a full-sized cake, as they’re much easier to carry.

Party guests should use the designated car park at Bowdon Church School, Grange Road, Bowdon, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 3EX. From there, it's approximately a 15-minute walk to Into the Wild. There is no parking at the woodland venue or on Ashley Mill Lane. Please check the latest parking arrangements and walking directions before travelling.

Sorry, there is no vehicle access to Into the Wild, so all customers, including those attending parties, must walk from the designated car park to the woodland.
We recommend travelling light and meeting your guests at the car park around 30 minutes before the party starts. This gives you time to exchange gifts, put everything back in your car and walk up to Into the Wild together as a group.
