Family Halloween Fun
Halloween is coming to the woods! Alongside all the usual Wild Play activities, families can enjoy spooky decorations, Halloween props and photo spots throughout the woodland.
From 2pm, a spooky film will be showing in the tipi. Fancy dress is encouraged, and the Halloween fun is designed for the whole family.
There’s no separate Halloween ticket or extra charge. Everything is included with your usual Wild Play ticket, so simply book online for your chosen date.
Dates: 24th, 25th and 27th-31st October

Parking at Bowdon Church School Grange road WA143EX on (Saturday and Sunday and School holidays parking closes at 5pm opens at 9) please see our website for walking routes.. for this route and many others should this be unavailable. If it is unavailable it will be clear on our website. And an alternative easy route will be given.
Please see our routes to see if accessible with pram. Most routes are much easier with a carrier..and is advised over a pram. however we have done most of them with a double pram.
On site coffee shack wood fired pizza and a fully licensed bar ..and so much more!
Picnics are welcome if you have booked the wild play area.

Dare to enter the woods after dark? Join us for horror films in our woodland tipi, fire pits, marshmallows, pizza, drinks and a few unexpected scares.

Horror films, in the woods, in the dark. 😂
🔪 Sat 17 Oct — SCREAM (1996)
🌲 Sat 24 Oct — THE CABIN IN THE WOODS (2011)
👻 Fri 30 Oct — THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT (1999)
😈 Sat 31 Oct — EDEN LAKE — HALLOWEEN NIGHT (2008)
🌲 Arrive from 5.30pm head into the trees. We'll have the fire pits going, some background music (NON LIVE) and marshmallows on the fire included don’t worry if you cant get to us for 5.30 just get to us before the film starts.
🍕 Pizza and alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks available to buy.
👻 We'll also have a few live scares as part of the evening. We're definitely not professional scare actors 😂 so it's all a bit of fun… although in a pitch-black woodland it should still be enough to warrant a change of underwear.
🎭 Fancy dress encouraged.
🎬 Film starts 7.30pm, with a bit of time afterwards for a strong one before heading home through the woods in the dark in heated Tipi.
🎟️ £20pp — strictly 18+ NO DOGS ALLOWED‼
🌲 Limited spaces available. This is going to be a very unique experience.

Into the Wild opens at 9am and closes at 4.30pm. Your Wild Play ticket gives you all-day access to the woodland and all of the activities available on the day. Arrive anytime during our opening hours and stay for as long as you like.
