If you can't add tickets for your chosen date, that session is fully booked. Unfortunately, we cannot accept walk-ins once tickets are no longer available online. Please plan your visit and book in advance to avoid disappointment.

WALK TO THE WOODS

IMPORTANT

There is NO vehicle access to Into the Wild!!

All visitors must park at Bowdon Church School Grange Road WA143EX and follow the walking route to the woods. Or follow a walking route listed.

The walk from the car park takes approximately 15 TO 20 minutes depends on walking speed Its lovely and no cars. If you feel this duration or distance is too far we probably are not the place for you.

Simply park at the school, turn left out of the car park and follow the footpath. Cross the bridge over the river, walk up the cobbles, then turn right at the public footpath sign across the field. You'll soon see the woods.

Please wear suitable footwear, as the route includes woodland paths and uneven ground.

We also have other routes to get to us and these can be found from the link.

PRAMS

A baby carrier is recommended.

Some bridges within the woods and play area cannot be crossed with a pram.

FOOD, DRINKS & PICNICS

You're welcome to bring a picnic if you have purchased a Wild Play ticket.

Our wood-fired pizzas are extremely popular and can sell out on busy days, so we recommend ordering early if you'd like one.

We also serve barista coffee, hot drinks, cold drinks, snacks and ice creams.

We have a fully licensed bar serving a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Please note: Alcohol purchased elsewhere cannot be brought onto site.

DOGS

Well-behaved dogs are welcome on a lead.

Please clean up after your dog and help us keep the woods enjoyable for everyone.

Parking at Bowdon Church School Grange road WA143EX on (Saturday and Sunday and School holidays parking closes at 5pm opens at 9) please see our website for walking routes.. for this route and many others should this be unavailable. If it is unavailable it will be clear on our website. And an alternative easy route will be given.

Please see our routes to see if accessible with pram. Most routes are much easier with a carrier..and is advised over a pram. however we have done most of them with a double pram.

Picnics are welcome if you have booked the wild play area.

Into the wild opens at 9am and closes at 4.30pm All day ticket arrive at anytime within our opening times.
