Fire Lighting Workshop – Into the Wild
Join us in the woods for a hands-on 1-hour fire lighting workshop where we explore the basics of starting a fire the bushcraft way. Perfect for beginners and families, this session introduces simple woodland skills including tree and tinder identification, understanding natural materials, and learning how to safely light a fire using a ferro rod (fire steel).
Participants will discover which trees and plants make the best natural fire starters before practising creating their own sparks and building a small fire.
Suitable for ages 5+ only pay per child Parents must stay with child
Duration: 1 hour From 11am
Come as solely for this or bolt it on to your wild play adventure. Includes a mashmallow around the fire you hopefully create!
